Hey, I’m Shradha.

I spent years focused on mental approaches to personal growth – journaling, meditation, and visualization. Despite these practices, something was missing. I was unable to reach the emotions that lived deeper than thoughts.

Then I discovered breathwork, and everything shifted. Through my breath, I found a direct path to my nervous system and a level of healing that thinking alone could never touch. I want to share that experience with you.

My goal is to create safe spaces for you to drop out of your mind and into your body's wisdom. Whether you're tired of endlessly analyzing your feelings or ready to experience healing rather than just think about it, breathwork offers a powerful path home to yourself.

Every session is intentional, respecting your individual story, cultural background, and personal boundaries. I’m committed to providing trauma-informed care that's transparent, trustworthy, and inclusive. Here, all parts of you are welcomed and honored.

60 Minute Individual Session

Experience a personalized breathwork journey in a safe, supportive space. This one-on-one session uses conscious breathing to release emotional blocks and reset your nervous system. Perfect for both newcomers and experienced breathers.

Session fee can be applied toward a 6-pack if purchased afterward.
